Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to perform their roles effectively.

  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.

  • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with staff and customers.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
