Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Advantage Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for providing in-store merchandising support to Retailers, working closely with leadership to maximize sales opportunities and deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in merchandising and/or planogram management, as well as excellent physical abilities to perform tasks such as moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

About the Role
  • You will work independently within your assigned territory to provide in-store merchandising support, building displays and end caps and resetting shelves to meet shoppers' needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including recording work after each shift using a smartphone or tablet, and maintaining accurate records.
