We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team at FFUN Motorsports Winnipeg West. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process part orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage and maintain warranty and special parts inventory, ensuring seamless customer service.
  • Liaise with Service Technicians and customers to provide expert advice and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.

  • A passion for powersports and a strong understanding of parts and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A valid Class 5 Manitoba Driver's License, with a clean driving record.
