Are you passionate about powersports and accessories? Do you have a knack for delivering exceptional customer service? We're seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at FFUN Group.

As a Parts Advisor, you'll be responsible for processing part orders, listing and pricing parts, and maintaining warranty and special parts inventory. You'll also work closely with our Service Technicians and customers to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service.

We're looking for someone with a customer-centric approach, a passion for powersports, and comprehensive knowledge of parts and systems. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Process part orders quickly and professionally
  • List and price parts on repair orders and counter tickets
  • Write purchase orders for parts and update records and customer files
  • Maintain warranty and special parts inventory
  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
  • Liaise with Service Technicians and customers to communicate services
