Parts Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team at FFUN Motorsports Winnipeg West. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the right parts and accessories for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process part orders quickly and accurately, ensuring that customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
  • List and price parts on repair orders and counter tickets, maintaining accurate records and updating customer files as needed.
  • Write purchase orders for parts and maintain warranty and special parts inventory, ensuring that we have the right parts in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all parts and accessories are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Liaise with Service Technicians and customers to effectively communicate services and ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience.
Requirements:
  • Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in parts and systems, with a passion for powersports and accessories.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all paperwork and reports.
  • Computer literate, with experience in supply chain, receiving, purchasing, or office management an asset.
  • Valid Class 5 Manitoba Driver's License required.
