Digital Experience Director

Cambrian Credit Union is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Digital Experience team. As Director, Digital Experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital strategy and driving innovation across our digital products and platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Digital Experience team in designing, developing, and delivering exceptional digital experiences that meet the evolving needs of our members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop digital solutions that drive growth, revenue, and member satisfaction.
- Develop and execute digital experience initiatives that align with our strategic objectives and brand experience standards.
- Work closely with senior leaders to identify and prioritize digital projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and timely delivery.
- Lead user research and testing to inform product design decisions and ensure user-centric design principles are applied throughout the digital experience.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to ensure consistency in brand and distribution across all digital platforms.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital banking, product management, or UX design.
- Strong knowledge of Credit Union and Financial Services, with a proven track record of managing successful digital products.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, influence, and project management abilities.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in digital technology and design.
