Digital Experience Director

Cambrian Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Director to lead our Digital Experience & Innovation team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital evolution of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Digital Experience team in designing, improving, and implementing digital products and platforms that deliver exceptional member service experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business and member friction opportunities and develop digital solutions to address them.
- Develop and implement digital experience initiatives that support Cambrian's strategic objectives and brand experience evolution.
- Work closely with senior leaders to ensure consistency in brand and distribution across all digital platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital banking, product management, or UX design.
- Strong knowledge of Credit Union & Financial Services.
- Technical experience in software development and/or product design.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital products and project management experience.
