Job Title: School Shift RN

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a School Shift RN. As a School Shift RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric clients in a school setting, working closely with clients, family members, and school faculty to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care and personal support to pediatric clients in a school setting. As a School Shift RN, you will work Monday to Friday, 8/9am - 3/4pm, with flexible hours and a variety of shifts available. You will be responsible for providing holistic care to clients, teaching, delegating tasks, and maintaining the highest level of practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric clients in a school setting
  • Work closely with clients, family members, and school faculty to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Teach, delegate tasks, and functions to different levels of workers and client family members
  • Maintain the highest level of practice and adhere to industry standards
  • Participate in comprehensive training, mentorship, and preceptorship programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Current CPR certification and updated immunization records
  • Clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector check upon hire
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
