About the Role:

Lorven Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Deployment Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment scope of a given project, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with the project team, stakeholders, and vendors to define project work, set priorities, and manage dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and customers.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Lead project meetings, workshops, and other collaborative sessions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with a degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on deployment and solution delivery.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Jira.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific tools, such as SAP, DOORS, or Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to travel, as required.
