Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Client Operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing a team of fund accountants, ensuring timely delivery of client reports, and collaborating with internal teams to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of fund accountants to deliver high-quality client reports and financial statements.
- Partner with investment managers, brokers, and auditors to resolve daily operational issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with operational controls and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in finance or accounting.
- 4+ years of experience in fund administration, with at least 2 years of management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fund accounting software.
- Strong understanding of fund administration industry practices and regulations.
