Job Summary

Zorbas Bakery and Foods (2005) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup and conduct of chemical experiments to ensure the quality of our ingredients and products.
  • Compile records for analytical studies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain the highest standards of quality.
  • Develop and conduct programs of sampling and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the development of standards and health and safety measures to protect our employees and customers.
  • Compile records and interpret experimental or analytical results to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
  • Skills: MS Office, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities: accurate, judgement, organized.
