Svante is a rapidly growing clean energy technology company making commercial-scale carbon capture and removal a reality. We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission to accelerate the global transition to a lower-carbon economy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage the company's Quality Program, ensuring it conforms to internal, customer, ISO/other standards, regulatory, and legal requirements.
  • Apply quality tools and general business processes used in product engineering, manufacturing, and construction environments.
  • Work with the Director of Enterprise Quality on implementing and maintaining the Svante Quality Management System.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practice Quality strategies, policies, processes, and procedures to support and improve operational performance.
  • Manage nonconformities raised from certification bodies, customers, or suppliers during audits that are effectively corrected and independently verified.
  • Support all internal audit programs to ensure the functioning of the established quality management system.
  • Administer the Enterprise Document Management System and support cross-functional teams with their documentation.
Requirements
  • At least - years of relevant experience in document management systems or quality programs or any related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of quality tools and general business processes used in product engineering, manufacturing, and construction environments.
  • Excellent understanding of all aspects of Process Flow Mapping, Quality Tools, and Lean principles.
  • Advanced knowledge in SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Dynamics, Visio, and other flowcharting tools.
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field.
