Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Transportation Supervisor to join our team at LOAD KING TRANSPORT INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of workers and projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panels to maintain smooth operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet deadlines and optimize resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recommend personnel actions to support team growth and development.
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals to minimize downtime and optimize fleet utilization.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support operations.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
