Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Stallion Transportation Company.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers: Oversee a team of delivery drivers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and information to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Prepare Reports and Analyze Data: Prepare production and other reports to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and coordinate repairs and rentals as needed.
  • Coordinate Activities and Requisition Materials: Coordinate and schedule activities, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, and a team player.
Work Environment:

Work under pressure, with a focus on ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Language:

English.

Hours of Work:

30 hours bi-weekly.
