Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Release Manager to join our team at Teckhorizon Inc.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex software development projects, coordinating release activities, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating release activities across teams
  • Producing readiness assessments and post-release reports
  • Planning and forecasting system needs and infrastructure capacity
  • Ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and change management standards

Requirements:

  1. 15+ years of IM/IT experience
  2. 10+ years of experience in enterprise solutions architecture
  3. 6+ years of experience in software/application release management

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  1. Managing simultaneous software development projects through all phases
  2. Coordinating release activities, including planning, deployment readiness assessments, and post-release validation
  3. Working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  4. Enterprise application configuration management and change control
  5. Ensuring compliance with change management, regulatory, and security standards

Deliverables:

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating release activities, producing readiness assessments and post-release reports, and ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and change management standards.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada
