Cybersecurity Release Manager Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Release Manager to lead our clients contingent of staff and contract resources. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for the Cybersecurity Program, focusing on increasing cybersecurity and IT resiliency across the enterprise.
This role requires a minimum of 8+ years of combined experience in project management and Cutover Planning, including SaaS deployments. You will collaborate with stakeholders to create comprehensive cutover plans, coordinating with project teams to execute these plans through careful preparation and quality checks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating Cutover Assessment and Initialization documents
- Developing Cutover Plans that identify project teams, milestones, deployment strategies, dependencies, business impacts, sequencing, risk & contingency, rollback, and transition
- Executing Cutover Plans, leading other teams through careful preparation, definition of go/no-go criteria, performing quality checks, and post go-live reporting
- Drafting and finalizing cutover plans per project, tracking issues logs related to cutover, and documenting lessons learned reports for each cutover iteration
The ideal candidate possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, mature problem-solving skills, and the ability to organize complex business topics into common language. Experience working with external software vendors is also essential.
In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with your experience.
