Concert Series Coordinator

The Alliance for Arts and Culture is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Music Programming Coordinator. This position will play a vital part in producing live music and performing arts concert series in Queen's Park, New Westminster.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating the ANW Summer Concert Series, a free summer arts and culture series held in Queen's Park, New Westminster. You will work closely with local businesses, service organizations, and artists to build long-term connections and partnerships.

This role involves:

  • Facilitating the booking and marketing of the entire concert series
  • Coordinating performers for various busking events at New West Craft and some gallery events
  • Promoting the Alliance for Arts and Culture as the series emcee
  • Buidling relationships with local businesses and services organizations

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience working in a community arts organization is an asset.
