Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide basic information as needed.
  • Process client inquiries, gather required information, and respond accordingly.
  • Manage office supplies, schedule appointments, send invoices, and handle payments with precision and efficiency.
  • Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, while maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Answer phone calls, relay messages, and ensure seamless communication between clients and the company.
Requirements:
  • Educational background: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
