Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Edo Japan. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as supervising kitchen staff and maintaining inventory and records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they meet our expectations for food preparation and service.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
