About the Role

Cyber Perficient Inc is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the highest security standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their security requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Design and implement information systems security solutions that protect against physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure the highest level of security and compliance.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide guidance on security-related matters.
Work Environment

As a Cybersecurity Specialist at Cyber Perficient Inc, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide guidance on security-related matters.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Language and Work Hours

The primary language of work is English, and the work hours are 30 to 40 hours per week.
