About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at NDAX, a leading cryptocurrency trading platform in Canada. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our software systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Advanced Security Measures: Design, implement, and test advanced security techniques to protect our software systems from potential threats.
  • Conduct Security Testing and Code Reviews: Perform ongoing security testing and code reviews to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and Debug Issues: Troubleshoot and debug security-related issues that arise, and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal disruption to our services.
  • Develop Secure Software Solutions: Collaborate with our development team to design and implement secure software solutions that meet our security standards.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Security Best Practices: Maintain a strong understanding of the latest security threats, trends, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our security posture.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience in Cybersecurity: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a cybersecurity role, with a strong background in software security.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of security technologies, including authentication, authorization, cryptography, and threat analysis.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Java, JavaScript, and.NET.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
