About the RoleThe successful candidate will have 5+ years' experience as a Program Manager, with a focus on launching web or mobile platforms in the technology space. They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the seamless migration of existing customers from the old platform to the new, ensuring minimal disruption to customer banking services.
This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, frontline support, communications, and technology. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects/programs of high-medium complexity dealing with multiple stakeholders.
