Warehouse Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team at Heat Savers Home Comfort. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory
  • Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
