Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team at Heat Savers Home Comfort. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory
- Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall performance
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
