Customer Experience Manager

Michaels is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead our front-end operations and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for managing and executing our customer-centric strategies, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the execution of customer-centric strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective front-end operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Manage and train a team of customer experience specialists to deliver exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
