Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

Michaels is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead our front-end operations and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for managing and executing our customer-centric strategies, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the execution of customer-centric strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective front-end operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Manage and train a team of customer experience specialists to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
