Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

Michaels is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead our front-end operations and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing our customer-centric strategies, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of customer-centric strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and execute front-end operations, including customer service, sales floor management, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer experience and drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of customer-centric initiatives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Work Environment:

Michaels is a public retail store setting with a climate-controlled environment. Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled, and outdoor work may be required to retrieve shopping carts or unload trucks. The frame shop contains glass cutters and heat presses. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
