Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
- Set and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Enforce provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- 2 years of experience in a bar or restaurant management role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Permanent employment with 30-40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
