We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Automotive Technical Adviser. As part of the Spinnelli Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Greeting clients and preparing repair orders for their vehicles.
  2. Explaining the nature of the maintenance or repair work to be done and the time needed to the customer.
  3. Proposing extra maintenance services as needed.
  4. Preparing specifications and submitting them to the customer.
  5. Maintaining relations with the shop dispatcher and ensuring vehicles are ready within the promised time.
  6. Conducting final vehicle inspections after work is completed and making necessary adjustments.

In addition to your customer service duties, you will:

  1. Update price lists and checklists regularly.
  2. Participate actively in the quality control process.

Requirements
  1. A secondary school diploma and a minimum knowledge of the automotive sector.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Excellent listening skills and a high level of courtesy.
  4. A valid driver's license.
  5. An innate talent for sales and customer service.
  6. Great versatility and ability to perform several tasks simultaneously.
  7. Ability to work under pressure, managing several files at once.
  8. Perfect bilingualism, French-English.
