Job Title: Technical Support Advisor

Are you passionate about cars and providing exceptional customer service? Do you have a natural ability to explain complex automotive concepts to the public? We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous Technical Support Advisor to join our team at the SPINELLI GROUP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and prepare repair orders for their vehicles.
  • Explain the nature of the maintenance or repair work to be done and the time needed to the customer.
  • Propose extra maintenance services as needed.
  • Prepare specifications and submit them to the customer.
  • Maintain relations with the shop dispatcher and ensure vehicles are ready within the promised time.
  • Conduct final vehicle inspections after work is completed and make necessary adjustments.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Update price lists and checklists regularly.
  • Participate in quality control processes.
