Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At SWISS CHALET, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our dining rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, train staff in job duties, and establish work schedules.
  • Communication: Excellent oral communication skills are required to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and management.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
