**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Staffing Rotations Coordinator to join our team at Fraser Health. This is a key role that requires a high degree of autonomy and expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining effective staffing rotations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement rotation templates in a computerized system to ensure standardization and consistency of rotations and service levels.
  • Provide consultation, advice, assistance, and guidance to clients in the implementation of new and/or revised rotations, consistent with operational needs/changes and applicable collective agreement language.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, HEABC, and the applicable unions around the development, revision, and approval of new and/or existing rotations; identify opportunities for rotation efficiencies such as maintaining relief pools, advance booking initiatives, and/or other related staffing issues.
  • Provide education and training on rotation development to clients including rotation-related policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Responsible for the selection, evaluation, development, and termination of staff, as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline, supplemented with three to five years' recent related healthcare experience utilizing a computerized scheduling program, including one year of supervisory/leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Working knowledge of collective agreements as it relates to staffing rotation requirements.
  • Ability to deal with others effectively, both internal and external to the organization.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage change in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to develop and maintain rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize own workload and the workload of others.

**Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
