We are currently seeking an Aviation Infrastructure Development Specialist to join our Aviation Planning and Advisory group. This role is based in our Kitchener-Waterloo office, but alternative locations may be available for the right candidate.

**Job Description**
The Aviation Infrastructure Development Specialist will be responsible for preparing planning studies for heliports and related aviation projects. This will involve advising on heliport design requirements, project delivery, and conducting site visits to gather information and engage with operators and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility planning, regulatory compliance, operations, and/or engineering. They should possess excellent communication skills, be able to analyze and interpret statistical data, and prioritize/manage multiple project timelines.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
We are looking for an individual who is a master of time management and multi-tasking, with an eye for detail. The successful candidate will have:
- A university degree or advanced college diploma in aviation, planning, engineering, or architecture
- At least 8 years of experience related to heliport planning, design, and operations
- Strong communications and report writing skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data related to facility and infrastructure requirements
- Mature, self-motivated individual with effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
**Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year**
