We are seeking a seasoned Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Domino's #10167. As a key member of our food service staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food preparation and service.

Job Description

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. You will train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.

You will also be responsible for hiring food service staff, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and preparing budget and cost estimates. Additionally, you will address customers' complaints or concerns, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Salary: $52,500 per year (based on average national salary for a Food Service Supervisor)
