Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Development Associate to support our Wealth Management growth initiatives in Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing industry trends, developing solutions and recommendations, and researching new sources, partnerships, and ideas for recruiting.
- Analyze industry trends and develop solutions and recommendations;
- Research and identify new sources, partnerships, and ideas for recruiting;
- Develop and manage relationships with high-level recruits;
- Source recruiting opportunities and relationships based on personal networking;
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in the investment industry. You should possess excellent knowledge of the wealth management industry and sound understanding of Investment Advisors' work. Business development experience is also essential.
In addition, you should have exceptional professional judgment, customer service, and analytical skills. Demonstrated organizational, planning, and prioritization skills are also required. The ability to exercise tact and discretion, as well as handle confidential information, is a must.
