About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at JSK Electrical Services Inc. as a Bookkeeper.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare and process payroll, including calculating and preparing cheques for employees.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
