About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Royal Caffe & Espresso Bar. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions
    • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
    • Prepare and review financial reports
  • Financial Analysis
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks
Requirements
  • Education
    • Diploma or degree in Accounting or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 7 months of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting software
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
