Product Development Design Coordinator

Logistik Unicorp Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Design Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Product Managers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of product development projects from conception to completion.

As a key member of our design team, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Project Management: Receive and manage product development projects assigned by Product Managers, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the process.
  • Team Coordination: Effectively coordinate the efforts of our technical team, fostering collaboration and timely completion of tasks.
  • Supplier Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with both international and local suppliers. This includes sending technical files, providing technical adjustment reports, and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Schedule Adherence: Meticulously track project progress and ensure adherence to established development schedules.
  • Technical Documentation: Accurately upload technical files into our database system, maintaining a comprehensive and organized record of all project-related information.
  • Design Refinement: Make necessary corrections on technical drawings and Bill of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accuracy and consistency.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A DEC in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar product development coordinator role.
  • A comprehensive understanding of garment design and construction principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong autonomy, professionalism, and a collaborative team spirit.
