We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at ALUGARD LTD. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading our engineering team and overseeing the planning and control of budgets and expenditures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 engineers
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures for engineering work
    • Oversee the analysis of data and information
    • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures
    • Manage a budget of $100,001 - $500,000
  • Project Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
    • Lead and manage projects from start to finish
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Advise senior management on engineering matters
    • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in engineering management
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong budgeting and financial management skills
    • Ability to plan and control projects
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
