About the Role:

As a Software Licensing Consultant at Insight Technology, you will be responsible for owning all aspects of the customer's contract and customer interaction, including items such as the T-36 plan in the case of Microsoft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aid in closing specific business opportunities, including renewals, true-ups, and net new business.
  • Identify specific business opportunities during customer conference calls and upsell where applicable.
  • Provide licensing support for transactional Microsoft licensing programs including MPSA, CSP, Select Plus, and Open Value/Subscription.
  • Occasional travel may be required in compliance with Insight's travel policy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent experience.
  • Must have or will attain Certified Microsoft Partner Commercial Executive (P-CE).
  • Should maintain continued education around the various programs of the products supported, such as Microsoft Certified in Azure Fundamentals, Power Platform Fundamentals, Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, and Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Volume Licensing Programs.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Excel (advanced usage), Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
