Insurance Sales and Service Advisor

Are you a motivated and goal-oriented individual looking for a rewarding career in insurance sales and service? We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic professional to join our team as an Insurance Sales and Service Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop leads and schedule appointments to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Competitive base salary plus commissions/bonuses with unlimited earning potential.

- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable/personal vehicle.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.

- Proactive in problem-solving.
- Dedicated to customer service.

- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial services products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
- Property & Casualty license (preferred/must be able to obtain).
