Job Title: Cardiology Technologist - Permanent Full Time

MyHealth Centre is seeking a skilled and certified Cardiology Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic team, you will be responsible for performing cardiac testing techniques, including Electrocardiogram (ECG) testing, stress testing, Holter scanning, Holter monitoring, and ambulatory BP monitoring.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure patient identification, safety, and preparation are correct prior to testing while maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Perform all cardiac testing techniques in compliance with CSCT guidelines.
  • Ensure all quality control assessments are performed as required.
  • Take all reasonable precautions and work in compliance with related policies, health and safety legislation, and best practices.
  • Follow procedures for proper equipment maintenance and ensure equipment and instruments are performing efficiently.
  • Prepare reports as required.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of related experience.
  • Completion of a Cardiology program recognized by the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists.
  • Current certification with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists and eligible for membership.
  • Current CPR certificate.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and training.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
