Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre is a regional referral hospital and cancer centre providing specialized surgical, medical, and oncology programs. We are affiliated with the University of British Columbia as a teaching hospital.
Job OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pathologist to join our team at ARHCC. This is a full-time position that involves providing general surgical pathology and cytopathology services. The successful candidate will be experienced in grossing specimens and have a strong background in GI or dermatologic pathology.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality diagnostic services to patients and clinicians.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of laboratory policies and procedures.
- Participate in educational activities, including training residents and fellows.
To be eligible for this position, you must be fully licensed or eligible for full licensure with the B.C. College of Physicians and Surgeons. You should also hold specialist qualifications in Anatomic Pathology or General Pathology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
