Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Physician Recruiter (Independent Contractor).
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end physician recruitment process, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge to source top talent and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and attracting top physician talent through innovative recruitment strategies
- Generating leads and building relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry
- Developing and executing sales strategies to secure new recruitment contracts
- Managing client relationships and supporting them through the hiring process
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Canadian healthcare systems and licensing procedures
- Experience working with International Medical Graduates (IMGs)
- Previous international physician recruitment experience or exposure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
