Head of Distribution Canada

We are seeking a strategic, client-centric Head of Canada to join our Global Distribution team. As a senior member of the Distribution leadership team, you will lead the Canadian Distribution team and leverage the broader resources of Aviva Investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Distribution efforts in Canada to grow the Institutional, Insurance, and Wealth channels in line with objectives agreed with the Global Head of Distribution.
  • Deliver and execute upon the Canadian Distribution business development and client retention plans across all three client channels.
  • Maintain and enhance existing client relationships while ensuring a high-quality service is delivered to clients.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of public and private markets.
  • Excellent practical knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements with a consistent record of practical compliance.
  • Relevant post-graduate qualifications, e.g., CFA, CAIA, Masters in Finance, MBA.
