We are seeking a strategic and client-centric leader to join our Global Distribution team as the Head of Distribution Canada. This role is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of the Canadian marketplace across all client channels (Insurance, Institutional & Wealth).

About the Job:

We are looking for a seasoned professional who can drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the Canadian market. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Canadian distribution landscape and be able to leverage this expertise to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive business growth in Canada
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Canadian market
  • Lead a team of distribution professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of the Canadian marketplace across all client channels (Insurance, Institutional & Wealth)
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
