Job Title: Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Manpower Outsourcing Services Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our administrative services department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including finance and insurance
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees
  • Conduct research to inform business decisions
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Interview, hire and provide training for staff
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
