Executive Director

The CIVIC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to drive our mission forward and collaborate with our Artistic Director.

As the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for leading the organization and serving as the head of operations, reporting to the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a wide range of roles and responsibilities in a small non-profit arts organization.
  • Provide executive-level leadership and guidance to the team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive the organization's mission forward.

Requirements:

  • Executive-level leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Artistic Director and other stakeholders.
