TOS J PROJECTS LTD. is seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Executive Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in managing teams. The Executive Director will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work across regions. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to represent the organization in official functions. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 32 hours per week. The Executive Director will be responsible for establishing objectives for the organization and formulating policies and programs. The role also involves authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
