Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team at Provence Marinaside Foods Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and excellence
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they meet our high expectations
- Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with our management team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in a similar environment
- Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen operations, and staff management
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field (an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
