About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team at Provence Marinaside Foods Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and excellence
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they meet our high expectations
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Collaborate with our management team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in a similar environment
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen operations, and staff management
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field (an asset)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
