Job Title: Reach & Order Picker Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reach & Order Picker Operator to join our dynamic team at Equation Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for operating reach trucks and order pickers to efficiently manage inventory and meet customer demands.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate reach trucks and order pickers to pick and pack orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels using an RF scanner
  • Collaborate with the warehouse management team to ensure smooth operations and meet customer expectations
  • Participate in general warehouse activities, including packing, wrapping, and shipping of products
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience operating reach trucks and order pickers
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
